A: No. All our merchandise is fan art–inspired, created in partnership with independent artists, and is exclusive to Genshinly.

Q: Do you sell in-game items?
A: No. Any Welkins, Wishes, or other in-game items mentioned are gifts included with qualifying orders and are not for sale.

Q: Do you sell AI-generated art?
A: Never. We only sell authentic fan-created artwork and support real artists.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 365-day returns with a 110% guarantee — if you’re not satisfied, you’ll receive a 10% gift card bonus along with your return. You also get to keep any Welkins or Wishes earned from your initial purchase.
