Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for a refund or store credit. Products returned beyond 365 days from the original invoice date, or that are unable to be returned to stock, may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Genshinly.
Free Return Shipping
Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. In order to initiate a return and receive a pre-paid return label, please contact us at info@genshinly.com. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive at Genshinly.
Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or other U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.
Instructions for Domestic Returns
Once you have initiated a return by contacting us at info@genshinly.com and have received your pre-paid return label, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Securely tape your shipment closed & attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package. Remove or black out any other labels.
Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once it arrives at Genshinly.

Instructions for International Returns
Once you have initiated a return by contacting us at info@genshinly.com, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Genshinly will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.
Defective Items and Warranties
If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact Genshinly at info@genshinly.com immediately to arrange for replacement, refund, or credit.
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
